Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

All work requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking. This deposit secures your date(s) and is deducted from your final invoice.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

 

• 7+ days notice: No cancellation fee.

• 48 hours to 7 days notice: 50% of the agreed fee is payable.

• Less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the agreed fee is payable.

 

If you cancel, your deposit is retained and can be credited toward a rebooked date rather than refunded.

 

Booked time is held exclusively for you, and other work is turned down to keep it available - these terms reflect that commitment. Please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change, I’m always happy to try and work something out that works for everyone.
